Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances: Receipt of factory-flawed product/s.Personalized items received incorrectly from what was supplied by the customer originally for customisation.

Factory Flaw Explained : When a customer receives a factory flawed product, it means the item does not meet the expected standards of quality and craftsmanship set by the manufacturer or Rude Jewelry. These imperfections are not due to customer misuse or mishandling but originate from the production or handling stages before reaching the customer. Thes factory flaws need to be communicated by customer in the 1st 48hrs of receiving their order.

Authorization Process: To request a refund or exchange, customers must:

Report dissatisfaction with the product within 48 hours of receiving their order . Contact Rude Jewelry via our contact page to initiate the authorization process. Follow the instructions provided by our team through email communication for further guidance.

Return Conditions:

For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive as factory-flawed products or the personalized items are received incorrectly. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Upon authorization, customers will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and meets the eligibility criteria of Rude Jewelry.
